Order cancellation
We prioritize delivering every order as quickly as possible for you to enjoy. With that in mind, please notify us within 24 hours of your purchase before we put the design into production to change or cancel it. Once the printing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment and we'll make it right despite the circumstances. We do not refund cost of the astrology reports, but will issue a refund for the difference between our report value ($40) and what you paid noninclusive of shipping fees. You must ship back the product within 30 days to receive your refund.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you receive the wrong item
- you're unsatisfied with the quality of the product you have received
- there is a defect in the product
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- you are unsatisfied due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, does not fit)
